Shipping FAQS

Thanks for your interest in XMOD Electronics, your leader in modding technology.


When will my order ship?

Our normal processing time is 1-3 business days from the date you place the order.
Every controller is hand built so we need that time to get your custom controller ready.
Once your order has been assembled and thoroughly tested for quality, we will ship it USPS to your doorstep.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed and confirmed the following Monday.

Please make sure the shipping address information you’ve entered matches your credit card billing address. For Example: street/city/state/zip must match EXACTLY.
Ensure that there are no typos or misspellings with your name, street address, city, state, and zip code and avoid using abbreviations unless they appear that way on your statement.
Call your issuing bank to ensure that your bank has recently updated their online transaction database. In some cases, the address they have entered into their online address verification system is outdated.



What shipping method does XMOD Electronics use?

We currently ship with USPS (regular mail), UPS - DHL for international orders. Typically international orders arrive within 7-21 business days. .

How long does shipping normally take?

The following general shipping times apply based on shipping type:
Domestic:
USPS Parcel Post (3-9 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days)
USPS Express Mail (1-2 Business Days)

I have received my order confirmation email

You will receive an email upon completing your order.
Please ensure that you check your spam/junk mail folder for any correspondence from us, as we might not be on your safe list.
You can Contact Us, we would be happy to resend any information you might need.



I got a tracking number, but nothing comes up when I track it.

If you have received a tracking number, but nothing is coming up at USPS.com, it has been scanned, but unfortunately tracking numbers from USPS takes up to 24 hours to update on their site.
We know this is frustrating, but rest assure, if you have received a tracking number, it is because your order from XMOD Electronics has shipped.



Do you ship internationally outside of the U.S.?

We do not ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses.
